Repeatedly negative service experience.

Everything is great, to the point. I like going here to fill up, BUT ... I only give 1 star because one particular employee is really repeatedly very unpleasant. Unfortunately. :(
Other posts here also talk about the lady with the glasses. I've witnessed how unpleasant she is several times, and extremely so. She raises her voice, frowns, is unwilling to sell what the customer is asking her for, etc. The last time she lashed out at foreigners, decent and pleasant guys on motorbikes, Germans, to whom she not only spoke in Czech, but in such a tone that I had to hold back. The lady apparently hates her job. I'm considering stopping driving here because this is really completely unacceptable behavior.

One of the attendants (a lady with glasses) without a name tag, of course.. very unpleasant!!! Everything is a nuisance for her. I politely asked her for a hot dog .. she rolled her eyes at that .. absolutely unprofessional behavior ! Such a person should not deal with people at all.. he will just spoil your mood. It wasn't the first time and it's not just my case. The horror!! I can't complain about her colleague.
